About this project
LT&D have supported Edenstone Homes with architectural working drawing packages for construction tender, for site operatives to use on site, and submission / approval from Building Control. All projects have required careful coordination marrying all the separate disciplines such as Engineering, Drainage, specialist 3rd party component manufacturers, etc.
Packages include a Viewing Platform above the cliff face with views out to the later phases of the development and the soon-to-be constructed Community Hub & Pumping Station (both which LT&D has also been involved), and beyond at Parc Ceirw, Morriston. And the Community Hub at St Marys Garden Village in Ross-On-Wye.
